All information collected will remain strictly confidential. As a lawyer, I am subject to a strict confidentiality requirement. Save for any information that has been made public or whose disclosure is expressly requested by parties or required by law, any information communicated by you shall be treated confidentially and shall solely be used within the scope of my assignment. Personal data is only collected for the purpose of the advice you request and invoicing. If you want to consult them, modify them or erase them, please contact Victoria Hutton. You can also introduce a claim in front of the CNIL, French independant authority for the protection of private data.
